Switch to edit-in-place instead of modal forms #15

While trying to stick as much as possible with the current Google Keep UX, I'm realizing that modal create/edit forms are probably not the very best way to have the most efficient experience with Kept.

We should consider switching to edit in place everywhere it's possible/makes sense (eg. editing texts).

Inline edtiing is only available using the "single column layout" mode
In "multicolumn layout" mode, editing is done through a modal.

Yeah, actually I'm not planning to stick 100% to the current Google Keep UX, so what really matters is what are we the most comfortable with?
