Expand Cost Calculations

At present the only cost calculation report is the Cost of Green Coffee for Roasted Coffee report. While this is useful on its own, it does not go far enough to represent a true cost of production which might also require information such as packaging, labor, and energy costs. It also isn't taking fees (freight, carriage, load out) or profit into consideration. Including all of this would excessively complicate the existing report but a new interface for interactively exploring production costs would be helpful for use in setting prices or identifying where it makes sense to invest in new technology to improve productivity.
