Problem is if u make it more effective: t3 spam becomes useless, because u cant kill t3 with scouts. So you just have to have more t3 snipers than the attacker. |

Apparently anti-T3/T4 sniper, but for 25k metal, it deals mere ~900 dmg per second with ~1300 range. That's far from stopping T4 units unless you spam 300k metal worth of them, and T4 units will actually out-range him.
To balance, pump range up to 2000-2100 or double the damage. Or make it cost ~13k metal.
I almost never see this unit used with TLL because of how expensive it is for very little gain. You'd rather use T2/T2.5 snipers.
EDIT: after testing them last game I'd say they're not really downpowered. I didn't know about this huge 30k vs. experimental.
Though they could use a longer range. 1800?
