Kafka node cannot connect to Kafka cluster on n8n Cloud #8990
Comments
Hey @pdt590, Is this still an issue for you? I have just given it a go and it has worked as expected. The error you are seeing mentions a timeout so it could have been a temporary issue. |
@Joffcom I have tried again. Same issue. |
Hey @pdt590, That is very odd, I am not sure why it would be working for my cloud instance but not yours. I did wonder if maybe it was an issue connecting to Can you send me an email to help@n8n.io and include your cloud username so I can investigate further? I don't believe this is a bug with n8n as it is working so it could be that there is something funky with your cloud instance that we need to look into. |
@Joffcom I sent email. n8n cloud requires magic link to login. Tell me when you need the link. One more thing, my trial account will be expired after 2 days |
Hey @pdt590, Extending the trial shouldn't be possible, We had a lot of emails over the weekend can you share the ticket number so I can pick it up? |
The ticket num is 765478 |
Hey @pdt590 Got it and I have fired off a quick reply to you. |
Resolved in the support ticket, A different region seemed to work without issue. |
