wrong characters

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening Talk os SMS on my device and selecting right Input Method.
2. Connecting correctly to right address with browser.
3. Writing some characters like
     ' ? ì ^ ] * _

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i write ' and appears -
i write ? and appears -
i write _ and appears -
i write ì and appears +
i write ^ and appears +
i write * and appears +
i write ] and appears +
i write [ and appears [ (correct!)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
smartphone: Samsung Galaxy S advanced (GT-I9070)
smartphone OS: Android 2.3.6
Desktop OS: Xubuntu 12.10
Browser: Opera 12.12

Please provide any additional information below.
Other chars and functions work correctly.
I have a standard keyboard with italian layout
