when i want to install hdf5 through luarocks.
Error: Error fetching file: Failed downloading https://raw.githubusercontent.com/torch/rocks/master/hdf5-20-0.rockspec - hdf5-20-0.rockspec

Is that my network problem or others?

I think so. It works for me.
Maybe the same problem as torch/cutorch#834 (comment) .
