I'm comparing a bunch of files I only want to report/save those that changed.
What is the best way to accomplish this?

I thought I could do a string search for the word "unchanged" but even if there are no changes but after comparing 2 identical files I noticed that the generated still includes the same changed text and html tags

Ok, I noticed that there is a text "File without changes" that gets included, so I can use that.
However, this text is not showing up when I open the html page in Chrome for some reason
