Environment variables follow Windows syntax, even on Linux #115

The documentation about environment variables (e.g. in config.txt) should clarify that the syntax always follows Windows syntax, even on Linux.

For instance, WORKER is always cited as %WORKER%, rather than $WORKER as a Linux user might expect.
