发送方的mac地址是否赋值错误了 是否应该为虚拟的MAC地址

因为VRRP协议本身设计出来是作为路由器这种专门的网络硬件使用的。而在linux上，非混杂模式的网卡只接受目的地为自己MAC地址的以太网帧，这样的话使用已有网络接口本身的MAC地址是最简单的，这样也能方便的使用linux网络协议栈提供的各种API。像keepalived这种使用VRRP的也是使用的已有接口的MAC地址。
