Update Contact Archetypes to Support Country Node.

The contact.archetype currently has the country node commented out. To allow its inclusion and link the country-state-suburb we need a number of programmatic changes to occur.

• lookup.country and lookuprelationship.countryState will be used to filter states which filter suburbs.
• Many of the test systems use the contact archetype as a test they will need updating.
• Finally a update script will need to identify a installations country and update current contacts with that detail.
