Remove:

  • MODIS_Aqua_Snow_Cover
  • MODIS_Terra_Snow_Cover

These are replaced by:

  • MODIS_Aqua_NDSI_Snow_Cover
  • MODIS_Terra_NDSI_Snow_Cover

These were supposed to be already removed from Worldview but they are still there. Build now breaks since the colormaps no longer exist.
