add support for other packaging formats/other package managers:

AUR (PKGBUILD)
Fedora COPR (SRPM)
RPM-based distributions (RPM)
Debian-based distributions (deb)
Gentoo (ebuild)
Snap (not a priority at all, if i do it at all, it'll probably be last)

feel free to suggest any others that might be a good idea

might do this as a manually triggerable github action since idk if i want automated releases
