nsc describe -f user.creds file should work #42

Can run nsc describe -f user.creds for the creds file to show what is in a users credentials file.

nsc describe -f was moved to nsc describe jwt -f (and it does dump the jwt - if you would like the seed dumped as well please re-open.)
