Fixed Hotspot On Rotation

Is it possible to have a hotspot fixed to a location so when the camera moves the hotspot doesn't rotate with the camera but stays in a locked position in the scene? Photo attached of an example. The words "Step here to open the closet" stay locked at the foot of door. It seems to be angled to make it look like it's on the floor and seems changes the scale and skew (probably others as well) when the camera rotates. I also attached a link to the working example but not sure how long it will stay active for.
