This updates our CI to the latest image used by F-Droid, based on Debian bullseye.
WIP because of one open question: is
libgtk2.0-devneeded when building for Android? The build completes without it, but I haven’t tried out the resulting APK.As soon as someone can confirm that building without
libgtk2.0-devwill not affect the Android APK, this can be merged as far as I am concerned.
