Integration API for registration systems

It would be sweet to let people jump straight from a registration system
(such as ProCon) to a questionnaire. This requires some means of doing
single sign-on, and also requires an API so that the reg system can tell
Journey to prepare a questionnaire for a particular person and get back the
info it needs to jump them over there.

For bonus points, it would also be good to include casting info in the API,
so that once the game is cast, the registration system can inform the
player about it and maybe deliver their character info.
