Merge Develop to Master, release v5.29.0

Release v5.29.0 includes:

• Search for short IDs fails in certain cases #134
• Search index is missing short IDs for many ontologies #135
• search fix related to OBO IDs
• Fix to ignore no writable attributes in the patch endpoints  #86
• Small code refactor to reuse replace url prefix #100 (merged via 31903de)
