As noted in #58, the SatPopoverAnchor only seems to inject the Directionality provider and skips all lower Dir providers. I've been unable to replicate in a unit test, but it was exhibited in both the demo-app and a sample test application.

If anybody ever needs this, ping me.

This could be related to angular/components#7566. Need to verify after next cdk release.
