Nothing changed in config, so I have to conclude there has been an update upstream which messed up the deployment?

Hey there @maxaltgithub, the Automatic Setup was for going through the Sanity Create tool. It appears they have removed that tool entirely.

It sounds like you may have deployed through the Vercel Templates page. That solution does not include any environment variables, which are all necessary to build HULL properly.

You'll need to go into your project settings, add those as outlined in the README, and then try redeploying.
