Zserio already supports using of C++ implementation for some Python runtime classes (BitStreamReader and BitStreamWriter). More information can be found in ndsev/zserio#469.

It would be good if PyPi can support this. Because of that it will be necessary to distribute wheel package per each Python version and platform.
