dev-deploy instructions in important examples, missing from new CLI

As a user, I want to understand NEAR's fungible token standard, and I come across this repo:

instruct end users to use the dev-deploy command, which has been removed.

Describe the solution you'd like
Either add the command back, or fix the examples that are no longer current and were missed in the breaking upgrade.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Keep all CLI commands in the future if possible, to reduce end user and partner confusion.
