Create unidentified.bmp
Note that if you change the game client resolution or interface scale you will need to remake your custom unidentified.bmp
Open a bag with only unidentified items in it and have the menu list visible.

Take a screen shot of the game client with the bag menu list visible and an unidentified item at the top of the list. You can use the Print Screen key.

Open MSPaint and open or paste your screen shot.

Use the Magnifying Glass Tool to zoom into the bag list part of the screen.

Use the Select Tool and select only the unidentified text.
- Click the Crop button then Save As, choose BMP and name it unidentified.bmp. It should be saved where LoUHelper files are.
