MinTTY currently just leaves the choice of starting position for its window
up to the OS. It would be nice to have a way of specifying it, e.g. with a
-geometry command line option as in many X programs.

The option added previously was '--pos' for setting the initial window
position. Now
also added a --size option for setting initial screen size. r153 on 0.3 branch.

It would be nice to have an option to remember the last window position.
