위 주소는 나라장터 입찰 공고문파일 주소인데요.
어떤거는 잘 열리는데 위 주소는 잘 안 열리네요 ^^;;

오류 수정했습니다.
회사 업무하느라 늦었네요.

이 부분은 문서에 없는 부분이라.. 힘드네요.
다시 받아서 테스트 해보세요.
