click #Details or #Workarounds

Expected result

Scroll down to the appropriate section e.g. https://neon.tech/docs/how-to-guides/connectivity-issues/#details

Actual result

It links to a not found page like https://neon.tech/docs/how-to-guides/connectivity-issues/Details/
