Make jobs use [skip ci], not [skip travis] #52

Some jobs (like updating references) use [skip travis] in the commit message. That should be replaced by the more generic (an more precise) [skip ci]

See neos/flow-development-distribution#64 and neos/neos-development-distribution#67 - are there still jobs on Jenkins that have inline scripts with commits?
