I had to run dos2unix on statuspage.min.js ... it's full of ^M 's

as a side note, I simply get a frowny face and "An error has occurred" message after I installed it per the instructions. For good measure I cloned the repo and used the build directory but it is == to the zip file.

Same problem here. I get a frown face with a simple error "An error has occurred" after following the instructions.

I just installed it without any issues on Ubuntu 14.04. Do you have everything installed? I had todo
apt-get install curl apache2 php5 php5-curl

I had that installed as well. Since opening this bug I’ve removed all the code and am using another tool.
