substitutes and hotkeys - option to make it global

would be nice to have set of substitutes and hotkeys defined in global settings, so they will nbe available for all setings

This has already been implemented. You can write global aliases, substitutes and hotkeys in the global.set file.

it is true about aliases and hotkeys
but there is a problem with substitutes.
Since there is no {global | default} param in #subst command,
you can write a substitution into global.dat,
but after you close app - subst moves from global.set to 'local one, so you can not manage global substitution properly.
