依赖版本过旧时, 可能导致编译时候报错 ' (0 , _index.genCompid) is not a function' #22

编译候出错, 去看了一下大概是这个引起的

var _index = require("../../npm/@tarojs/taro-weapp/index.js"); 1.2.12 的版本中会导致这个报错
1.2.12 中该值是 undefined.

将依赖升级后, 正常编译.

我本地 @tarojs/cli 版本是 1.3.4
