Link length slider

Link length is dynamically settable via a slider.
The initial value is set via template.
This allows the user to dynamically adjust the link length while exploring.

We don't want to automatically save it to the template because:

• different people might be using different values
• you don't want to cause ALL graphs on the network to change whenever you make an adjustment
