while there is https://github.com/Netflix/metaflow/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md I was looking for something like a dev env setup to be to add a feature and test it etc. For example, see the numpy one here: https://github.com/numpy/numpy/blob/main/doc/source/dev/development_environment.rst
