The backupvserver option is missing from the netscaler_lb_vserver module argument spec.

This option is present in NS 11.1 but not in NS 12.0

Since we take the common set of options among versions this will remain as it is for now.

Checking the version of the target Netscaler and adjusting the attributes at runtime would be the correct solution to this problem.

This issue resolution is deferred for when the old citrix_adc_* modules are rewritten.
