Getting Started

The access to the NeuroMat Open Database is public use. The current version support neuroscience experiments developed by researchers. Click on the link to see the demostration enviroment.

The Home page shows a simple and intuitive interface that includes a header and footer area and two principal areas:

In the header is shown the Neuromat link, the user login (used by the Neuromat open database evaluation committee) and the switcher language. In the footer, general information about the Neuromat Open database is shown. To navigate in the site just click on the links that are shown in the home page, each link is a shortcut that allows you to go back to the specific screen. The header and footer are kept on the course of navigation of the site:

The search area

To search a specific experiment, on the search box, type a keywords related to the experiment of your interest. If there are results of your search, these will be display below. Click here for more information about how to search a specific experiment in Neuromat open database.

The experiment list area

This area exibits the experiments available in the database at the moment. It displays the follow information about each experiment:

  • title: name of the experiment
  • description: description about the experiment.
  • number of participants by group
  • experiment version: the first version is created in the first send of data. For each new data send for the same experiment, a new version will be created.
  • the view button to view the details of the experiment.

The experiments listed here were previously approved by the Neuromat open database evaluation committee.
