UI Changes needed for tablet #23

Running the app on tablet looks a little weird. Here's some UI changes to make it look better

Change OK to Yes in go to timer Modal
Dramatically decrease disclaimer text size
Attention test needs to be recentered (could use a heavy overhaul, actually)
