What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to http://history.boisestate.edu/timemap/indexMapOnly.html


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should see a timemap. If you go there in ie6 or 7 the two bands are off by
12 years, the graphics are messed up and you can only scroll left so far.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
happens only in ie6 or ie7. ie8, safari, firefox all work fine.

Please provide any additional information below.

After some investigation, it looks like this is a problem caused by an odd 
interaction between the SIMILE Timeline library and the Yahoo 
reset-fonts-grids.css 
file. I'm not sure why this is the case, but if you remove that stylesheet the 
page 
loads normally in IE - not a TimeMap issue.
