Description or User Story

As an application, I want to view my application list to see in progress and/or completed applications.

Screenshots

Depending on the user's application status, one of the following screens will display:

• In progress application list

• Completed application list

Acceptance Criteria

• Form built out on desktop
• Form is responsive and works for smaller viewports (tablet, mobile)
• All preliminary copy is entered as shown in the mockup (we will create new tickets for future copy changes)
• All buttons/links go to correct location

There will likely be content changes made to these screens. the content needs to be more conversational to match the tone of the rest of the application. additionally, I think it is a little confusing to see "in progress" and "pending". I've asked Danielle to review, but she is out on vacation until later this week. none of the content changes should hold up progress to these pages, but they are lower priority than other pages
