As Taylor,
I want to know what the Training Explorer is
So that I know how I might benefit from its features.

GIVEN I'm on the homepage
THEN I will see a description for training providers and a list of value propositions on how the site benefits them

This page looks good as well. The only changes are that the link on the box "Clear step-by-step instructions to get on the ETPL" should link to the top of the ETPL page. The link on the box "View a list of ETPL applications and find the right one for your program" should navigate to Step 2 on the /etpl page.
