I have a nightshade intolerance and have a hard time finding recipes that don't require tomatoes, onion, garlic, etc. I always have the option to simply subtract those things from any given recipe, but I was curious if anyone had ones they would suggest that already don't require those items.
Also, this is my first issue submission! I'm using this to learn how issues work as per the github guide on issues.

I'm poking around GitHub myself. This is my first comment on an issue in an open GitHub repo!
I've never heard of your issue before, but a quick Google search did turn up a few recipes. I hope this helps: [http://janeshealthykitchen.com/category/special-diets/nightshade-free/]
Celery and Avocado with some nuts is a good option.
Queen Avocado is a common Chilean dish, half an avocado, tuna and mayo [http://comosur.com/2013/07/18/chileans-apparently-eat-too-much-mayonnaise/] ((Chileans-apparently-eat-too-much-mayonnaise))
