[Bug]: Shared files are only downloaded instead of opening in the app

Bug description

After updating from NC-24 to NC-25, guests can only download the files in a shared folder instead of opening the corresponding app.
This problem occurs with .drawio (for the Drawio-App) and office files like .docx, .pptx etc. (for the OnlyOffice-App).
For normal users (logged-in user) the corresponding app opens normally.

Interestingly, guests can open & edit .md files with the integrated Markdown-App.

Steps to reproduce

1. share a folder with .drawio or office files as a regular user
2. open the shared-link as a guest
3. click on a file like .drawio or .pptx

Expected behavior

The corresponding app like Drawio or Onlyoffice should be opened. Instead of only downloading the file.
