Cannot enter Apps if manually installed apps are activated

Steps to reproduce

1. Install app manually by unzipping them into /apps and activate them.

Expected behaviour

Entering "Apps" should work without a problem.

Actual behaviour

Cannot enter "Apps" anymore. Disabling apps that were manually installed with occ fixes the issue.

Well, (development) versions of Flowupload, Bookmarks, Ocdownloader. I am now on Beta 4 and will see if it still happens.

I installed these three aps, enabled them and everything works fine. Could you please check in your environment with the latest versions?
