After upgrade from 14.0.0 beta 4 to 14.0.0 RC 1: Internal server errors #10920
Comments
GitMate.io thinks possibly related issues are #6012 (Internal Server error after 12.0.1 upgrade), #10844 (14.0.0 RC 1), #8754 (White page / Error 500 after Upgrade from Nextcloud 12.0.4 to 13 ), #5787 (Cannot enable LDAP app: complains that table 'oc_ldap_user_mapping' already exists), and #7055 (Sharing dialogue and “search contacts” widget leak contact information from other users). |
I had very similar errors, also internal server errors, I changed a few things: If you do it, perhaps do it step by step and tell what helped. In your case, there are the bookmark and the news app that are not fully compatible. Try to disable it and check if it works. Next step, check the configuration setting with the apcu-cache (remove the double-back-slash). Is that all or are there still more errors? |
After I disabled the bookmarks app both internal server errors do not appear anymore. It might have something to do with nextcloud/bookmarks#542 |
Maybe so, but the fact that a misbehaving app can cripple a web admin function is an issue? |
Yes, I'd think so but I'm not sure if that is technically possible. In the linked issue I opened, I asked to either fix the bug or at least mark the app as incompatible with NC 14 so nobody installs this app and is also warned in NC 13 that it won't be available on NC 14 yet. |
The bookmarks app is fixed now. :) (And yes it's possible for an app to cripple the core functionality.) |
