Notification styling broken in NC18

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Nextcloud 18.0.0 RC1
2. Receive one or more Notifications

Expected behaviour

Click on the notification bell opens the notifications in a box with white background.

Actual behaviour

Notifications overflow the box into the rest of the page.

Operating system: Ubuntu 18.04

Web server: Nginx

Nextcloud version: 18.0.0 RC1

Updated from an older Nextcloud/ownCloud or fresh install: fresh install
