[Bug]: unable to add phone number for LDAP users

Bug description

Nothing happens when inputting phone number.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Personal Info
   2.. Add number under Phone Number

Expected behavior

Number should save. Or have an option to intergrate phone number via LDAP so it can pull from active directory just like it dose for the email

Since has had multiple to location to input phone number here are the most used

attributes: telephoneNumber
attributes: mobile
