AdGuard Chinese Filter works well in Chinese environment and is well maintained. I hope I can use this filter on NextDNS.

Normal AdGuard list is already available:
https://github.com/nextdns/metadata/tree/master/privacy/blocklists

The Chinese version you posted isn't designed for DNS
