Modal scrollBehavior + docs website feedback

I had a modal that scrolls, and this example: https://nextui.org/docs/components/modal#overflow-scroll , made me believe "outside" was the default, normal isn't even on the list. I think it would be good to mention that normal is the default, and what normal actually means. normal is not what I expected as the default, I expected outside to be the default behavior, didn't even realize normal was a thing. Where is normal behavior actually desirable?

And on the docs site -- don't get me wrong, I appreciate the docs, good content -- there is this very annoying bug where link anchors don't take you to the correct place, I assume because of content reflow. Like the above #overflow-scroll link lands me near #non-dissmissable (which is a typo of non-dismissible, now that I see that).
