[BUG] - Animation problems on Pagination 2.4.0

Describe the bug

In the latest version of NextUI, pagination no longer has the animation it had in previous versions. I think it is after the 2.4.0 update.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

1. Go to a table with pagination in the NextUI site or Storybook.
2. See that the page change animation does not work
