dupRadar Version missing from report #112

My colleague just found out that the MultiQC report does not contain a tool version for "dupRadar". I can have a look but it seems also that we use the prepackaged version in bin/dupRadar.r instead of the (installed!) bioconda version, so we should:

  • extract the version info from the bioconda version and add it to the report
  • use the prepackaged version from bioconda, that also allows us to update things more streamlined

Thoughts?

Wouldn't it be similar to get the version of the tools using the current setting or with bioconda?

But yeah, it would be good to have the version of this tool

I just checked, the dupradar.r script uses the system libraries / environment, so I guess this is just fine. We'd just need to have a way to also state which version of the package was used in the software_tools step I suppose and that's it I guess?

And then at some point we can see to use the bioconda version
