Description of feature

It would be nice to have a CLI version of the contents of https://nf-co.re/modules for quick look up when developing, and prettily formatted with rich

e.g.

nf-core modules info samtools/fastq

or even

$ nf-core modules list samtools/fastq
input:
  - x
  - y
  - x
output:
  - 1
  - 2
   -3
