Pause Vs Stop? Starting Music from a Scene

2 Questions, 1 Post, hope that's ok.

Is there a way to make it pause playback instead of stopping and starting at the beginning? Playing with this today with our own service that's currently in Beta on Sonos it seems to stop whatever is playing and start at the next item. Hoping it can resume instead.

Second, how do you make it start playback as part of a scene like "Goodmorning" or "Welcome Home". I saw a similar question asked before but the answer wasn't clear and might involve different plugins. A How to guide would be Great!
