While it is now possible to use multiple annotation tables across sheets, The warning about a missing table is only displayed once, before creating the first table.

We do show a warning if the user tries to use any function requiring a annotation table should no annotationTable exist.

I think this is good enough, especially compared to the effort to use event handlers in excel.
